A Mintarn mercenaries working for General Sabine. He typically engages in patrols throughout the city, though may occasionally get Wall duty.

Mitchell Fletcher is a tasteless, arrogant, womanizing e-bag with delusions of grandeur. He has an antagonistic relationship with Bliss, who barely beat him in a duel. He is also missing part of his ear, bitten off by a drunken Illivara. He also was drunk at the time, however, and thinks he got it while scoring.

Despite his unpleasant demeanor, he is a loyal Mintarn, and fought bravely beside the party at the Battle of the Winged Wyvern. He saved the life of Hannah, who was nearly slain by Valindra and her Dragon.
